NAI Long Island Supports CIBS December Coat Drive for Veterans

At NAI Long Island, we believe that professional success is most meaningful when it is paired with a commitment to our local community. We were honored to serve as a key drop-off location for the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) December Coat Drive, an initiative dedicated to supporting those who served our country.

Providing Warmth and Dignity

The drive successfully collected winter coats and cold-weather essentials for United Veterans Beacon House, Inc., a nonprofit providing vital housing and supportive services to veterans experiencing homelessness on Long Island.

By participating in this initiative, our team helped ensure that local veterans received basic necessities during the coldest months of the year. Stephen Cadorette, Committee Co-Chair, noted the impact of the effort:

“Our members really stepped up to support veterans in our community. It was important for CIBS to help provide something as basic — and essential — as warmth, comfort, and dignity.”

A Word from Our Leadership

The project resonates deeply with our firm’s values of leadership and community service. Marian Campi-Conde, Managing Director at NAI Long Island, shared her reflections on the project:

“It was a privilege to be part of this important initiative. Thank you to my fellow committee members for your leadership & support.”

Strengthening Our Community

We are proud to have collaborated with our industry peers to strengthen the Long Island communities where we live and work. We would like to thank everyone who visited our office to donate and helped make this drive a success.
