John Pacifico is one of our newer agents here at NAI Long Island. He is a former NYPD Police Officer who spent a decade protecting and serving the community before moving into the private sector after being injured in the line of duty. NAI Long Island is proud to have him as a part of our team.
Following his law enforcement career, John was hired to assist the family of a prominent commercial real estate company on Long Island. He spent 15 years working for the owner of the company where he observed, first-hand, the professional life of a top-level commercial real estate executive. John brings a unique perspective to NAI Long Island.
As an Associate Broker at NAI Long Island, John is a highly skilled professional specializing in retail transactions across Nassau and Suffolk County. With a focus on providing tailored solutions for both retail tenants and landlords, John brings a wealth of expertise to navigate the complexities of the Long Island commercial real estate market. His local market insights, commitment to staying informed, and results-driven approach make him a trusted advisor for clients seeking success in retail real estate. John is an active member of Long Island’s Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to commercial real estate, John is currently studying to obtain his part 107 pilot license which will enable him to operate drones and utilize drone footage. He plans on using this license so he can enhance the marketing of his listings.
During his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, family, and friends. He embraces all that Long Island has to offer!
