The transaction was for 3,025 square feet of office space, which Plaza Realty LLC leased to 605 LLC, for a total value of $361,000. When asked about the Syosset market conditions, Mr. La Ruffa commented, “The downtown Syosset office market is currently very strong with little office space available.”
