December 28, 2015 - NAI Long Island’s Dennis McCoy Brings Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar to High Profile Vacancy in Patchogue Village

Dennis McCoy, Senior Director at NAI Long Island, brings Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar to Patchogue Village’s most prominent vacancy. Arooga’s will be making its mark on West Main Street and North Ocean Avenue at the Village’s Four Corners intersection. The franchise anticipates making this 7,340 square foot space the crown jewel of around 10 planned locations in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. The Executive Director of the Great Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, David Kennedy, hopes filling such a high profile space will lead to boutique-style retail shops opening throughout the New Village at Patchogue complex, which opened in 2014.

Arooga’s is an innovative full-service casual restaurant and bar with a sports and entertainment focus that combines exceptional food and beverages, with unique concepts, and proprietary operational strategies. Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar was founded in July 2008, and currently operates ten corporate locations in Central Pennsylvania and has 95 franchise locations either open or in development.
